For the best penetration rate, our rocktools bits are produced by the high quality allow steel with high quality tungsten carbide types. Rocktools bits are an important part of the drilling system. In bit selection, it is usually required to choose the bit which ensures the proper balance between durability and penetration rate. Bit selection depends on characteristics such as resistance against pressure, corrosion, homogenity and changeable drilling parameters. Many drilling applications require different bit configurations for top performance.

SURFACE DESIGNS:

We offer three types of bit designs to users: Flat surface, convex and concave.

» Our rocktools bits have been designed for special applications of all types of rocks.
»If you are drilling into hard and abrasive formations, then the convex design will be an ideal choice.
» If you are drilling into rock types such as broken and cracked rocks, you will get the best results with flat surface design.
» The concave design, which is one of our other surface designs, is especially suitable for deep wells and direction control.
» Reverse pilot design drilling system on the convex surface has been developed to keep vertical alignment and control of the well pit direction.
